How long can you stay in Poland?
Poland is in the Schengen Area, so visa-exempt visitors can stay up to 90 days within any 180-day period. Those days are shared with the entire Schengen Area — Poland is not a separate 90-day window.
Pick a single date if you are still there.

Days by country
Polish days count toward all of Schengen
Days in Warsaw or Kraków use the same Schengen budget as days in Germany or Spain. Add up every Schengen day across the trip; entering Poland from another member country does not start a new count.
How to count your days in Poland
Count both the arrival and departure days in full, and total every present day in the current rolling 180-day window. The calculator above does it from your dates.
Staying in Poland longer than 90 days
- National (type D) visa — for work, study or other long-stay purposes.
- Temporary residence permit (karta pobytu) — for longer stays tied to work, study or family.
- For Ukrainian citizens, temporary protection provides a separate legal basis to stay.
Rules and permit types change; confirm with the Polish authorities (urząd wojewódzki). This is general information, not legal advice.
